Located on a prime one-acre parcel at the intersection of Montgomery Village Avenue and MD-355, the project will deliver approximately 10,175 square feet of new retail space in one of Montgomery County’s most active commercial corridors.
Construction is currently in its early stages, and our team is working closely with the owner, Matan Companies, and project partners to bring this development to life. Once complete, the project will provide new retail opportunities while enhancing the surrounding community and growing business district.
