The Valley Health Behavioral Health Services Pavilion is a new 26,200-square-foot, single-story outpatient facility located on the Winchester Medical Center campus. Designed to expand and enhance behavioral health services in the region, the pavilion will provide a modern, therapeutic environment focused on patient care, comfort, and recovery.
Summit Construction’s scope of work includes cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, exterior gypsum sheathing, installation of doors, frames, and hardware, access doors, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and FRP installation.
The project is currently in progress and scheduled for completion in late 2026.
