Summit Construction is playing a key role in establishing the structural and interior foundation of this 38,000 square foot medical office building, currently under construction. Our work began with light gauge metal framing, brick ties, and rough carpentry, forming the backbone of the structure. We are also completing the building envelope, including exterior gypsum sheathing, vapor barriers, and thermal insulation to support long-term performance and energy efficiency.
Interior work is ongoing and includes gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, FRP installation, and doors, frames, and hardware. Summit is also responsible for firestopping systems, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, and fire extinguishers. Our team continues to advance the project toward completion with a focus on quality, coordination, and schedule.
