Summit Construction is actively contributing to the construction of this 28,000 square foot medical office building, with work currently in progress. Our scope includes metal framing, brick tie-ins, and rough carpentry, establishing the core framework of the building. We are also installing exterior gypsum sheathing, vapor barriers, and thermal insulation as part of the building envelope system.
Interior scopes are ongoing and include gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, FRP, and installation of doors, frames, and hardware. Additional work includes firestopping, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, and fire extinguishers. Summit continues to play a central role in moving the project from structure toward a fully built-out medical facility.
