Summit Construction recently completed the remodel of the Planet Fitness in Cumberland, MD, delivering a refreshed, modernized space designed to enhance member experience and support the gym’s growing community. The project focused on updating interior layouts, improving functionality, and elevating finishes throughout the facility.
Summit’s scope of work included selective building demolition, rough carpentry, installation of doors, frames, and hardware, as well as comprehensive drywall work and acoustical ceiling tile installation. The team also handled a range of specialty items, including wall and corner guards, fire extinguishers, and toilet accessories, ensuring durability, safety, and long-term performance across the renovated areas.
The completed remodel brings a brighter, more efficient environment to Planet Fitness members while maintaining smooth operations and meeting the client’s project goals.
