Jenkins Hall is the new academic hub for Morgan State’s Departments of Economics, History and Geography, Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology, and Political Science. The facility features flexible classrooms, collaborative spaces, an instructional design suite, and a 170-seat auditorium to support modern, interdisciplinary learning.
Summit Construction’s scope included cold-formed metal framing, thermal insulation, EIFS, firestopping, gypsum drywall, exterior sheathing, and acoustical and specialty ceiling systems. We also installed doors, frames, hardware, access doors, and interior signage—delivering quality work aligned with the university’s vision and performance standards.
