Patterson High School is the most diverse high school in Baltimore City, proudly serving students from a wide range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The school offers a variety of academic, athletic, and career-focused programs designed to support each student’s individual interests and future goals.
Summit Construction played a vital role in bringing this important educational facility to life. As part of our scope of work, we completed cold-formed metal framing, expansion control, exterior gypsum sheathing, and thermal insulation. We also handled the installation of doors, frames, hardware, and access doors, as well as gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, acoustic wall treatments, special ceiling systems, and FRP. Each component was delivered with a focus on quality, precision, and functionality to support Patterson’s mission of student-centered learning.
