The School of Science building at Stevenson University’s Owings Mills North Campus is a modern facility with advanced labs, classrooms, and study spaces designed to support hands-on learning and research in fields like biology, chemistry, and environmental science.
Summit Construction played a key role in bringing this project to life, handling the cold-formed metal framing, expansion control, rough carpentry, vapor barriers, installation of doors, frames, and hardware, as well as gypsum drywall, sheathing, and acoustical ceilings throughout. Summit’s attention to detail helped ensure the building’s high-quality finish and functionality.
