Berkeley Business Park II is a large-scale industrial development in Berkeley County, West Virginia, designed to support the region’s continued growth in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. The project included construction of modern industrial facilities with flexible space to accommodate a variety of commercial and industrial tenants.
Summit Construction provided cold-formed metal framing, rough carpentry, gypsum drywall, and acoustical ceilings throughout the project. The work included the construction and finishing of interior office and support areas within the facility and required close coordination with other trades to maintain the project’s schedule and quality requirements. Summit’s scope helped deliver functional, durable spaces that support the day-to-day operations of industrial tenants within the development.
