The Reston Row East and West Garages are taking shape as part of the larger Reston Row development, designed to serve the area’s growing mix of offices, residences, retail, and hospitality. Together, the garages will provide ample parking capacity to support the district’s daily visitors and long-term tenants, while blending into the modern urban design of the surrounding buildings.
Summit Construction’s work on the project includes cold-formed metal framing, exterior gypsum sheathing, vapor barriers, thermal insulation, access doors, gypsum drywall, and acoustical ceiling tiles. These scopes are critical in ensuring the garages are structurally sound, weather-protected, and built to meet high performance standards. Once complete, the East and West Garages will offer convenient, secure parking to help keep Reston Row moving.
