Graystone Industrial Center Building 1 is part of a large-scale industrial development in Berkeley County, West Virginia, designed to serve manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution users in the growing Eastern Panhandle region. Summit Construction provided cold-formed metal framing, insulation, gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, and installation of doors, frames, and hardware. The work included interior office and support spaces within the facility and required coordination with multiple trades to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
