Summit Construction Inc. is serving as the General Contractor for Global Sphere Trading Co.’s new 60,000-square-foot facility at Wedgewood South, located at 4510 Buckeystown Pike in Frederick, Maryland.
Global Sphere Trading recently signed a 10-year lease for the space as part of Matan Companies’ continued industrial growth in the Frederick market. The location offers convenient access to major transportation corridors and will provide Global Sphere Trading with a large industrial space to support its operations.
Summit is overseeing the project as General Contractor, managing construction and coordinating the work needed to prepare the facility for Global Sphere Trading’s occupancy.
