Scotts Branch Elementary School is a new school facility currently under construction in Windsor Mill, Maryland. Summit Construction’s scope of work includes cold-formed metal framing, brick ties, exterior gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, doors, frames and hardware, access doors, gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, acoustic wall panels, and specialty ceiling systems.
Interior metal framing is currently being completed throughout the building, providing the structure needed for upcoming drywall, ceiling, and finish activities. Summit continues to coordinate with the project team to maintain progress and support the overall construction schedule.
