The Shihadeh Innovation Center is a new educational facility serving students and workforce development programs in the Winchester area.
Summit Construction’s scope of work included rough carpentry, finish carpentry, rainscreen systems, and a significant portion of the building’s exterior finish work. Our team was responsible for framing and backing, architectural woodwork and trim installation, exterior cladding support systems, and various exterior finish components throughout the project.
Working closely with the general contractor and project team, Summit provided quality craftsmanship and coordination to help deliver a durable, high-performing facility that will serve the community for years to come.
