Currently under construction, the Judy C. Lewent ’70 Science Center at Goucher College will provide a modern space designed to support hands-on learning, research, and collaboration across the sciences. The new 44,000-square-foot facility will connect to the existing Hoffberger Science Building and feature updated laboratories, classrooms, and flexible spaces that encourage students and faculty to work together while supporting Goucher’s growing STEM programs.

Summit Construction’s scope of work includes cold-formed metal framing, expansion control, exterior gypsum sheathing, thermal insulation, spray fireproofing, installation of doors, frames, and hardware, gypsum drywall, and acoustical ceilings. We’re proud to be part of a project that will help create a state-of-the-art learning environment and provide students with the resources they need for years to come.
